BECOscreen™ screen changer works continuous on cassette principle and are suitable for almost all polymers.

The cassettes with strainers are always inserted on the same side and removed on the other side for cleaning.
The pre-flooding system permits production to be maintained even during screen changing. Immediately before the screen change, pre-flooding occurs to ensure that flawless polymer is flooded into the new strainer cassette to be inserted.

The flow channels and attachment thread are adjusted according to customers’ circumstances and requirements.

As a result, adapters can be simplified or even completely avoided.
